1. When will my order ship?

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 4–7 days after payment confirmation. You’ll get tracking details once your order is shipped.
  • You can also view your tracking anytime — just log in to your account via mobile number on our website, click on Orders, and you’ll see all your order and tracking details there.

2. How long does delivery take?

  • Pan-India: 4–7 business days after dispatch.
  • International: 10–20 business days (customs may add time).

3. Do you offer free shipping?

  • At the moment, we do not offer free shipping.

4. What happens if an item is defective or wrong?

We are a mystery scoop company — so the exact items you receive are part of the surprise, and no exchanges are allowed simply because of personal preference.

However, if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  • You must record and share a one go unboxing video clearly showing the sealed parcel, condition of the box, the opening process, and all items inside.
  • The video must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Once approved, we will issue a refund or store credit for the defective/wrong item.
  • Replacement may be offered if an identical item is available (not guaranteed for scoops).

5. Are returns accepted?

  • Returns are accepted only on approval after we review your unboxing video and claim. If approved, we’ll give return instructions and process the refund/credit as per our return decision.

6. Who pays for return shipping?

  • If the return is due to our error (defective/wrong item), we cover the return shipping. For other reasons (if approved exceptionally), the customer may be asked to cover return shipping.

7. Can I cancel my order?

  • Cancellations are allowed within 6 hours of placing the order and only on approval. Orders already in processing or dispatched cannot be cancelled.

8. How long until I get a refund?

  • Refunds are processed after return approval and item inspection. Refunds to the original payment method typically take 7–10 business days after approval. Store credit (if issued) is usually immediate after approval.

9. Will my scoop/unboxing video be posted on your Instagram?

  • Yes! 🎥 If you checked the “feature my scoop” option at checkout, we’d love to post your video. We’ll also tag you when featuring it.
  • We encourage you to make your own unboxing or creative product video and tag us with our handle + hashtag #mylushtokenscoop for a chance to get featured.

10. Anything else important?

  • Keep the original packaging until your return/exchange is approved.
  • Unboxing video is mandatory for any return/claim — claims without the video will not be processed.
  • Minor color variations due to screens/lighting are not defects.
  • Sale items, gift cards, hygiene/personal items and surprise/mystery scoops are non-returnable unless defective.
  • Keep your order invoice and tracking details until the matter is resolved.
